Notice: A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. by the Calumet Zoning Board of Appeals at the Village offices located at 340 6th Street, Calumet, Michigan to consider a variance request by MCP Properties, LLC to construct an accessory structure that exceeds the maximum ground area of 25% of the principal structure. The proposed structure would be located in back of the principal structure at 320 5th Street (PID#041-106-005-20) on Lot 132 of Assessor’s Plat of Blue Jacket Location (PID#041-420-132000). Written comments may be submitted to the Village of Calumet, 340 6th Street, Calumet, MI 49913 by 4:00 p.m., November 4, 2022. There will be a Special Meeting of the Calumet Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, November 7, 2022 immediately following the public hearing at 6:00pm in the Village Council Chambers to consider a variance request by MCP Properties, LLC to construct an accessory structure that exceeds the maximum ground area of 25% of the principal structure.
