Redevelopment Opportunities

To prevent additional fragmentation of our historic district the Village of Calumet DDA believes our historic structures need saving! We have cataloged several structures that are available for sale.

Design Guidelines

The DDA works closely with the Historic District Commission to see that as we redevelop Calumet we ensure the historic flavor stays intact! The HDC Guideline is the rule book for exchanges to the exterior of buildings in the Historic District.
