ATTENTION VILLAGE OF CALUMET
In order to safeguard the community from transmission of the COVID 19 in accordance with Governor Whitmer's order to "stay home, stay safe," the Calumet Village Hall is CLOSED to the public and all non-essential meetings are cancelled until further notice. Essential meetings will be held electronically. If you need immediate assistance please call the village manager at (906) 337-1713 or email: [email protected]. Watch for updates via the village website, and visit the U.S. Center for Disease Control for more information about COVID-19. There will be a regular meeting of the Calumet Village Council, Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 5:30 PM.
The meeting will be held in accordance with Governor Whitmer's recent executive order that allows local governments to conduct essential meetings virtually through April 15, 2020 due to public safety concerns related to the COVID 19 virus. The meeting will be held virtually via gotomeeting. There will be no one at the Village Hall. As always, the public is welcome and encouraged to attend electronically. Additionally, you may submit petitions from the public either online during the meeting or in advance via letter or by emailing [email protected]. |
