ZBA
Pursuant to Ordinance 127A, the Village Council, consisting of the President and six Trustees, composes the Zoning Board of Appeals. The ZBA is responsible for zoning-related issues within the Village, including the assessment of zoning appeals and the granting of non-use variances.
